CREDEM: APPOINTMENT OF A NEW DIRECTORCredito Emiliano S.p.A. announces that today, in compliance with the art. no. 286 Codice Civile, the Board of Directors appointed Ms. Claudia Alfieri as non executive and non independent director.
Ms. Alfieri graduated in Business Administration at the University of Parma and since 2011 has been serving as CEO of Padana Tubi & Profilati Acciaio S.p.A., a European leader in the production of stainless steel tubes, with an annual turnover of about €750 million.
