Under the terms and for the purposes of article 248-B of the Portuguese Securities Code and article 14, paragraph 8 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, João Afonso Ramalho Sopas Pereira Bento and Gestmin, SGPS, S.A. ("Gestmin") hereby informs and discloses the following:
Acquisition by Gestmin, on 8 August 2017, of 6,835 ordinary shares of CTT on Euronext Lisbon at the average price of €5.34609/share;
Acquisition by Gestmin, on 9 August 2017, of 40,976 ordinary shares of CTT on Euronext Lisbon at the average price of €5.34359/share;
Acquisition by Gestmin, on 10 August 2017, of 48,597 ordinary shares of CTT on Euronext Lisbon at the average price of €5.34718/share;
Acquisition by Gestmin, on 11 August 2017, of 46,815 ordinary shares of CTT on Euronext Lisbon at the average price of €5.30255/share;
Hence, following these transactions, Gestmin currently holds, directly, 15,329,698 (fifteen million three hundred twenty-nine thousand six hundred ninety-eight) shares representing 10.22% of the share capital and voting rights of CTT.
Furthermore, under the terms and for the purposes of article 20 of the Portuguese Securities Code, for the calculation of the qualifying holding of Gestmin, the following holdings must be considered:
