The board of directors (the "Board") of Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that at the fourth meeting of the fourth session of the Board held on 28 June 2016, the Board has approved the following changes to the composition of Board committees of the Company with effect from 28 June 2016: (1) Mr. Bai Jingtao has been appointed as the chairman of the Strategic Development Committee, (2) Mr. Sun Xiyun has been appointed as a member of the Strategic Development Committee, (3) Mr. Xu Song has been appointed as the chairman of the Financial Management Committee, (4) Mr. Hui Kai will cease to be the chairman of the Strategic Development Committee, and (5) Mr. Xu Song will cease to be a member of the Strategic Development Committee.
