The board of directors (the "Board") of Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held at Room 109, PDA Group Building, No.1 Gangwan Street, Zhongshan District, Dalian, Liaoning, People's Republic of China (the "PRC") on Wednesday, 26 October 2016 for the purposes of, inter alia, considering and, if thought fit, approving the unaudited third quarterly results for the nine months ended 30 September 2016.
