DANONE PUBLISHES ITS 2013 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

DANONE has filed its 2013 Registration Document (Document de Référence 2013) with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) on March 21st, 2014.

The 2013 Registration Document is available to the public in accordance with applicable regulations and, in particular, is available on DANONE's website (http://finance.danone.com:
http://finance.danone.com), section "Regulated Information".

The 2013 Registration Document includes notably:

  • the Annual Financial Report; 

  • the Chairman's report on the conditions for the preparation and organization of the Board of Directors' activities and on the internal control and risk management procedures established by the Company, and the Statutory auditors report on the Chairman's report; 

  • the information related to the fees paid to the Statutory auditors; and 

  • the description of the share buyback program.
