Delta Lloyd N.V. ("Delta Lloyd") announces the successful completion of its €650 million rights issue today (the "Offering"). The Delta Lloyd ordinary shares sold in the Offering have been listed on Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Brussels and have commenced trading. The number of Delta Lloyd ordinary shares issued and outstanding now equals 455,135,886.
