On Thursday 5 November, Delta Lloyd Foundation and WOMEN Inc. were presented with the award for the best initiative for making pension schemes clearer to consumers.

The award ('PensioenWegwijzer' - Pension Roadmap), which went to the initiative 'I Love Pensioen' (I Love Pension), was presented by the State Secretary for Social Affairs and Employment, Jetta Klijnsma, at the Nieuwspoort international press centre in The Hague. The award has been instituted by the Money Wise Platform. The jury was unanimous in its verdict, with Jetta Klijnsma especially impressed by the effective cooperation between Delta Lloyd Foundation and WOMEN Inc.

Best method
In addition to 'I Love Pensioen' by WOMEN Inc. and Delta Lloyd Foundation, other nominees included PGGM, TKP Pensioen, Aegon and Nationale Nederlanden. The jury concluded that 'I Love Pensioen' was the best method for giving consumers clearer insight into pension cover and the choices available.
