The bank has been recognized with a perfect score of 100 by the Human Rights Campaign

For the 14th consecutive year, Deutsche Bank has been recognized with a perfect score of 100 by the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI). According to HRC, a top score of 100 represents a commitment to workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersexual (LGBTI) employees.

"Deutsche Bank is proud of its continued commitment to the LGBTI community. Deutsche Bank promotes an environment where all employees, including individuals of any sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, can realize their full potential," said Bill Woodley, CEO, DB Americas.

The Human Rights Campaign is America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve LGBTI equality. The 2017 CEI rated 1,024 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBTI-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTI community.

With a score of 100, Deutsche Bank satisfied all of these criteria results and has been designated as a Best Place to Work for LGBTI Equality.
