Direct Line Insurance : Group opens its new office in Bristol

Direct Line Group is pleased to announce the opening of its new Bristol office, The Core, on 40 St Thomas Street.

As the home to many of our sales, service and claims teams, our new Bristol office is a key location for Direct Line Group and is one of our largest sites, with over 1,000 employees. The Bristol office also hosts our Direct Line for Business brand, which in 2017 expanded its small business cover with the launch of specialist Hair and Beauty insurance and Bed & Breakfast insurance.

The Group is keen to hire in Bristol and across the country. We currently have 130 open vacancies across all areas of the firm, ranging from technicians in our accident repair centres, customer services advisors in our offices and technical experts in our specialist teams.

We are confident that our engaging office and inclusive people strategy will help us attract the best and the brightest Bristol has to offer. The new office supports the Group's aim of making it easier for our people to perform with a more collaborative, agile and customer centric culture.
