The board of directors (the "Board") of Directel Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Office Nos. 1, 2, 14 and 15, 37th Floor, Hong Kong Plaza, No. 188 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong on Tuesday, 8 August 2017 at 10:30 a.m. for the following purposes:

1. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2017 ("Interim Results") and to approve the draft announcement of the Interim Results to be published on the website of the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM website") and the website of the Company;

2. To consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any;

3. To consider the closure of the register of members of the Company, if necessary; and

4. To transact any other business.
