DKSH and Engineers Without Borders transform tribal community residential school in India

DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia,and Engineers Without Borders (EWB), an International charity organization, are partnering to create a safe and healthy environment for over 370 tribal community children at theAnudanit AshramSchoolin Shahapur District, Thane, India.

Mumbai, India, June 23, 2017 - DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia, has been supporting the social activities of EWB since the beginning of 2017. EWB is an international non-profit charity organization operated through the aid of volunteers in 65 countries, including India. EWB's goal is to enhance deprived communities by implementing low cost, sustainable and socio-economic basic infrastructure projects.

DKSH has supported the development of EWB's infrastructure project at Anudanit Ashram School by sponsoring the construction and refurbishment of toilet blocks and dining hall facilities. Throughout 2017, DKSH will continue to provide additional facilities including new sports equipment, educational materials and bunk beds with mattresses.
