Its semiconductor equipments include dry etchers and others, which are used to remove unnecessary parts on wafers. Its solar cell equipments include crystalline, dye-sensitized products, thin films and others. It is also engaged in the leasing of real estate and other businesses. The Company through its subsidiaries is also engaged in the construction of wind power industries and provision of electricity. Its main customers include LG Display, Samsung Electronics, TIANMA, BOE-OT and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
