Group management and country management is in place as the integration of DSV and acquired UTi Worldwide continues as planned.

All country managers as well as group management has now been appointed, concluding the first part of the integration of UTi Worldwide and DSV. With all country managers in place, each country is now continuing the integration process, which includes the consolidation of offices and systems to establish a solid base for our expanded services to our customers.
We had double management in most countries after completion of the acquisition and have had to say goodbye to some really good managers during this process. Still, the result is a stronger, unified company that will be able to service our customers in new and better ways,
says Jens Bjørn Andersen, CEO of DSV.
The integration is proceeding as planned and the process is expected to be concluded by the end of 2017, although most of the integration work will take place in 2016. The process is designed to incur minimal disruption while delivering better service and coverage around the world for our customers.
