INDIANAPOLIS, May 6, 2015 - Duke Realty , a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of bulk industrial facilities and medical office properties, announced today that Keith Konkoli has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Healthcare and will be responsible for all operational activities of the company's healthcare business.

Mr. Konkoli began his career with Duke Realty in 1997 in its Columbus office. In the ensuing years, he worked out of the company's Atlanta and Indianapolis offices in property management, culminating with his appointment in 2005 as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Operations. In 2007, he transitioned to Duke Realty's healthcare operations and was named Senior Vice President, Healthcare Midwest.

Among his most notable healthcare projects are leading the Duke Realty team in developing the 275,000-square-foot Fifth Third Bank Building, which houses Eskenazi Health physicians and staff, as well as developing the 86,000-square-foot St.Vincent Carmel Women's Center, which are both located in Indianapolis. He and his team also have led a number of complicated projects, including physician joint ventures and sale-lease backs and multiple development, expansion and acquisition projects.

Mr. Konkoli has given numerous expert presentations at healthcare industry conferences, including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Congress on Healthcare Leadership, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the InterFace Conference Group. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and is a graduate of the Hoosier Fellows Leadership Program of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
