Duke Realty : Sam Abusaad Joins Duke Realty as Leasing Representative in Dallas

(Dallas, Tex. ‒ Aug. 16, 2016) The Dallas office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty), a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of quality industrial facilities, has hired Sam Abusaad as Leasing Representative. In his position, Abusaad will be responsible for helping keep Duke Realty's 15.5 million-square-foot Dallas industrial portfolio leased, as well as source new business and development opportunities for the company.

Abusaad comes to Duke Realty after seven years as an underwriter with Bank of America. He also previously worked as a financial analyst for Marcus & Millichap and Hudson Advisors. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Abusaad earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance. His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP and NTCAR.
