The board of directors (the "Board") of 株式会社ダイナムジャパンホールディングス (DYNAM JAPAN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd.*) (the "Company") notes that certain media articles appearing on 22 November 2017 reporting the Company's comments, made at the press conference held on 22 November 2017 about the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the period of six months ended 30 September 2017, on the potential impact of the revision to the Ordinance for

Enforcement of the Act to Control Businesses That May Affect Public Morals* (風俗営 業等の規制及び業務の適正化等に関する法律施行規則) and the Regulations on the Certification and Official Inspection of Game Machines* (遊技機の認定及び型式の検定 等に関する規則) which are to come into enforcement in Japan in February 2018 (the

"Revised Regulations").

The Board wishes to clarify that the Company's comments are about the impact of the Revised Regulations to the outlook of the entire pachinko industry in general, not mentioning the potential impact to the profitability of the Group. As at the date of this announcement, the Board is still evaluating the potential impact of the Revised Regulations to the Group and it cannot anticipate if the Revised Regulations will affect the profitability of the Group. The Company will make announcement on the said issue to inform the public if necessary.
