DYO Boya Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (Dyo Boya) is a Turkey-based paint manufacturer. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of various types of paints, such as decorative, industrial, furniture, automotive and marine paints, as well as printing inks. Its product portfolio comprises interior and exterior wall finish paints, as well as synthetic-based paints, varnishes, thinners, cellulosic systems, acrylic systems, polyester systems, topcoats, pastes and hardeners, among others. The Company primarily serves the construction, furnishing and metal painting sectors. The Company operates two production plants in Kocaeli and Izmir. Its subsidiaries, ZAO Kemipex JSC and DYO Balkan SRL, carry out the Company's marketing and distribution operations in Russia and Romania, respectively. It is a subsidiary of Yasar Holding AS.
