Eagle Growth and Income Opportunities Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets, in dividend or other income paying equity securities and debt securities, excluding securities that distribute a return of capital, original issue discount bonds and payment-in-kind debt instruments. The Fund invests in various industries, such as banks, electric utilities, pharmaceuticals, pipelines, agriculture, media, capital markets, commercial services, insurance, automobiles, software, building materials, food products, retail and home builders. Four Wood Capital Advisors LLC is the investment advisor of the Fund.
