The Board of Starman has, in consultation with East Capital Explorer - listed on
Nasdaq Stockholm - appointed Aivo Adamson Group CEO of Starman, the leading
Baltic cable TV and internet provider. Aivo has broad experience from leading
positions within banking, infrastructure and IT, most recently as Managing
Director of the Estonian Road Administration.
Starman is East Capital Explorer's largest holding. With the acquisition of
Lithuanian Cgates in February 2015, Starman became the first pan-Baltic cable TV
and internet provider. Aivo Adamson will assume his new position as of 17 June.
Toomas Tiivel and Paulius Dambrauskas will both continue in the Group's
Management team.

of executing complex cross-border business integration, together with the

Aivo Adamson, born 1965, is a well-respected business leader in the Baltics,
with many years' experience from leading complex cross-border organizations and
integration projects. Among his prior positions are Head of Infrastructure and
Operations at Swedbank Group IT, as well as CIO and CRO of Hansapank Group
(later Swedbank).
