Kodak will help this year's IQPC Summit participants create their own brand protection scorecard to share with stakeholders in their company. As part of Kodak's workshop "Assessing Your End-to-End Brand Protection Program," brand managers will gain eye-opening insights to aid them in measuring their current black and gray market countermeasures against those used by leading brands.

"It is estimated that the total global value of counterfeiting and piracy could reach $1.7 trillion by 2015, putting brands and consumers at risk," said Keith Cutri, Director of Business Development for Kodak's Brand Protection Services and a 30-year veteran of the imaging and anti-counterfeiting practice, both in law enforcement and industry. "Kodak is devoted to preventing counterfeiting, piracy and product diversion with robust systems that enable brands to monitor, track, detect, authenticate and enforce the protection of products."

Experts from Kodak's Brand Protection Solutions group will also be on hand to discuss attendees' issues with counterfeiting, diverted products, customer loyalty and best practices for meeting these challenges.

Kodak has a strong history of working with global companies to implement tailored brand protection security systems and in helping them forge innovative customer loyalty programs that support the gathering of marketing data and anti-counterfeiting and anti-diversion efforts. Its applications include security features for use in packaging, inks, substrates, plastics and directly in product materials. Kodak's brand protection solutions currently benefit customers in the pharmaceutical, health and beauty, wines and spirits, consumer product and luxury goods industries.
