PITTSBURGH, PA
- Power management company Eaton today announced Safford Hazen has been named vice president of Sales, North America, for its Crouse-Hinds Division. Hazen will be responsible for leading and managing the division's North American sales organization while developing and executing operating plans to support the organization's business and financial goals. He will also continue to foster collaboration across all other Eaton electrical divisions' commercial efforts.

'Safford's wealth of knowledge surrounding our North American customers and channel partners will position him to drive accountability and success in this new assignment,' said Scott Hearn, president, Crouse-Hinds Division, Eaton. 'I am confident his leadership and extensive experience will drive growth, efficiency and productivity across the region.'

Hazen will be reporting to Hearn and located in Syracuse, New York.

Prior to this role, Hazen was the Gulf Coast regional vice president of Eaton's Crouse-Hinds Division. Previously, he served as the Gulf Coast regional industrial manager with Summit Electric Supply in Houston and was the region channel director for the Gulf Coast with Eaton. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics/economics from the State University of New York, Potsdam, New York.
