Acquisition of Force Four Productions

Entertainment One Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the Force Four Productions group of companies, an award-winning Canadian television producer based in Vancouver.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 886,277 common shares in Entertainment One Ltd. to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, as part consideration for the acquisition. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing common shares of the Company and it is expected that admission will take place on 2  September 2014.
