Texas Solar Tower Development Agreement Update

EnviroMission Limited has revisited the Texas Solar Tower development rights agreement with Texas based entity, Apollo Development LLC, to seek financial satisfaction of Apollo's obligations under the Heads of Agreement with EnviroMission.

Apollo's founder and managing partner, Pierre Koshakji, confirmed Apollo's commitment to the agreement and proposed a revised timeline for the balance of US$740K of the US$2M license fee to be paid to EnviroMission in Q3 of 2017.

EnviroMission has agreed to the amended timeline in consideration of US$1.24M received to date from Apollo.

Mr Koshakji confirmed a placement document has been prepared for release to raise Apollo's predevelopment Solar Tower financing requirements and it is intended this capital raising will include the balance of Apollo's financial commitment required to satisfy Apollo's Solar Tower development rights agreement with EnviroMission.

EnviroMission is continuing to work towards satisfying ASX Listing Rules to enable lifting of the current suspension.
