Drummond will manage the client services team, oversee project management and client relationships, ensure on-time project delivery, and ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients and projects. She has 15 years of experience in the legal sector with in-depth knowledge of eDisclosure processes and client services management in the U.K. and the U.S.
