MAURIZIO ROTA AS NOMENEE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Vimercate (MB) April the 19th, 2018 - Esprinet S.p.A. ("Esprinet" or the "Company") (Borsa Italiana: PRT) informs that, with reference to the ordinary shareholders' meeting called up on May the 4 th, 2018, in single call, the Company has been informed that Mr. Maurizio Rota is the nominee chairman of the board of directors .

Maurizio Rota: Born in Milan on 22 December 1957. A founder of the Company and Deputy Chairman since its incorporation in 2000.
