Exar : Appoints SE Spezial-Electronic AG as New Distributor in Central Europe

- Company brings deep technical knowledge & strong customer relationships to distribution agreement

Fremont, CA - October 4, 2016 - Exar Corporation (NYSE: EXAR), a leading supplier of analog mixed-signal products serving the industrial, infrastructure, automotive and audio video markets and SE Spezial-Electronic AG, a leading technical distributor in Central Europe, signed a distribution agreement for Central Europe, Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia and the Benelux countries, effective August 1, 2016.
