Eyemaxx Real Estate AG is an Austria-based company engaged in the acquisition, development, construction and operation of commercial and residential properties. The Company focuses on Austrian and German markets, as well as on Polish, Slovakian, Serbian and the Czech markets. The Company diversifies its operations into three segments: Commercial Properties; Portfolio Property, and Holding and Other. The Commercial Properties segment comprises all of the Company's subsidiaries that engage the real estate management activities. The properties are located mainly in Poland. The Portfolio Property segment comprises real estates that are held by the Company as financial investment. The properties in this segment are located mainly in Serbia and Austria. The Holding and Other segment comprises the Company's management functions, among others.
