STRIKING OUT OF THE ORIGINATING SUMMONS GRANTEDThe board of directors (the "Board") of Ezion Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement by the Company on 17 October 2017 in respect of an originating summons issued by the High Court of the Republic of Singapore (the "Originating Summons"), taken out by Mr. Ravi Murarka against the Company. The Board further refers to the announcement by the Company on 25 October 2017 and 3 November 2017 in respect of the Company's application to strike out the Originating Summons ("Striking-Out Application").
The Board wishes to update that the Court has granted the Company's Striking-Out Application at today's Court hearing. Accordingly, the Originating Summons against the Company has been dismissed.
The Company will make further announcements as appropriate in due course and on any other material developments as and when necessary.
Shareholders and Noteholders are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the Company carefully.
