Significant contract with Chew Choon Seng & Son Limited Partnership, Thailand to supply machine tools for State Railway of Thailand.

The Management Board of RAFAMET S.A. informs that today the Issuer has signed contract with the company Chew Choon Seng & Son Limited Partnership z Tajlandii (63/7 Ramkhamhaeng Soi 21, Ramkhamhaeng Road, Wangthonglang, Bangkok 10310) to deliver three UBF 112N Above Floor Wheel Lathes (along with installation and 1-year service) for State Railway of Thailand. Total amount of the contract is 1.850.000,00 EUR.

Payments will be done according to the following schedule:

10% of the contract value as advance payment within 30 days after the Purchase Order has been issued,

80% of the contract value as Letter of Credit upon presenting of shipping documents,

10% of the contract value within 90 days after the installation, commissioning and training has been completed.

The Issuer has informed of the tender announced by State Railway of Thailand in the current report no. 33/2016 from the 17th of August 2016 and the current report no. 36/2016 from the 14th of September 2016. Due to the its significance to the Issuer, the signing of the contract was deemed confidential information.
