BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
The Board announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of up to 4,993,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares") which are to be issued by way of successive share issues pursuant to the prospectus published by the Company on 11 March 2014.
The New Shares will be issued only (i) at a premium to net asset value; (ii) to meet demand from investors; and (iii) when the Directors believe that it is in the best interests of the Company to do so. Under no circumstances will any issue of New Shares be at an issue price which would result in a dilution of the net asset value per share.
The New Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
