Technologies that meet BS VI emissions regulations on display

DELHI, India,February 4, 2016 - Federal-Mogul will showcase at this year's Auto Expo -Component Show (Hall No. 12A, Stall 13) several new product offerings, as well as its wide range of automotive products and technologies designed to enhance vehicle performance and quality.

OE Highlights

For the first time, Federal-Mogul Powertrain will showcase its original equipment (OE) valvetrain and sealing range of products at the Expo. The company's valvetrain offerings, recently acquired from TRW, include a range of inlet and exhaust valves, tappets and cotters for all engine types and sizes; including light, medium and heavy-duty applications, while Federal-Mogul's sealing solutions help customers meet high cylinder peak pressure, enabling low bore distortion.

Apart from these, on display will be the exhaustive range of advanced offerings available across pistons, rings, bearings and bushings, valves seats and guides, ignition and systems protection. Most of the products being launched and showcased will be BS VI compliant.

Continuing with its strategy of bringing its global best-in-class aftermarket products to India, Federal-Mogul Motorparts will launch itsFerodo Eco-Frictionrange of two- and three-wheeler braking products during Auto Expo 2016.

With this introduction, Ferodo brake products will now be available across all segments (heavy and light commercial vehicles, cars and now two- and three-wheelers) In India. The announcement also meansthat advanced technology products fromFerodo are now also the only environmentally-friendly, non-asbestos braking products available across all vehicle segments in the Indian aftermarket.

The Federal-Mogul aftermarket showcase at the Expo will also include: PayenGaskets, which have quickly become one of the leading players in the Indian aftermarket since their recent introduction, as well as the full range of soon to-be-launched Goetzeengine valvesfor the heavy commercial vehicle segment of the Indian aftermarket. These new products will make Federal-Mogul and its market-leading Goetze brand the only independent aftermarket parts provider in India to offer a complete engine solution to its customers. Several other Federal-Mogul aftermarket product lines will be displayed, includingGoetzePistons, Rings & Liners,GlycoEngine Bearings,ChampionSpark Plugs & Wiper Blades, and GTP Steel Rings.
