FIERA MILANO: FABRIZIO CURCI APPOINTED CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Milan, 25 July 2017. The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Fiera Milano S.p.A. met today under the Chairperson, Lorenzo Caprio, in the Centro Servizi Auditorium of the fieramilano (Rho) exhibition site to deliberate the following agenda:

  1. Increase in the number of members of the Board of Directors.

  2. Appointment of a new Director.

The Shareholders' Meeting voted to increase the number of Board members to nine and then appointed Mr Fabrizio Curci as the new Director from 1 September 2017 until the mandate of the other members of the Board expires at the Shareholders' Meeting convened to approve the Financial Statements at 31 December 2019.

The appointment followed the proposal put forward by the shareholder Ente Autonomo Fiera Internazionale di Milano, which holds 63.82% of the Company share capital.

The Board of Directors met immediately after the end of the Shareholders' Meeting under its Chairperson Lorenzo Caprio and appointed Mr Fabrizio Curci as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Fiera Milano S.p.A. from 1 September 2017.

The Board of Directors also thanked the Director Ms Marina Natale for the valuable help she had given over recent months and for agreeing to temporarily take on the authority necessary for the ordinary administration of the Company whilst the eventual governance was resolved - as has now been done.

A graduate in economics from the Bocconi University, Mr Curci followed the Managerial Development programme at the SDA Bocconi School of Management and held executive positions of increasing responsibility in leading companies. He started his professional career in Olivetti Tecnost and FIAMM and then joined FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group in 2007 where he became head of the Alfa Romeo brand for the EMEA region and for global coordination of new product launches.
