FINCANTIERI S.P.A. Trieste, 20 November 2017 - FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (hereafter also 'Fincantieri' or 'the Company') announces, following what it had already communicated on 6 November 2017 and on 13 November 2017, that it purchased on the Borsa Italiana, Bats, Chi-X and Turquoise trading venues through Exane BNP Paribas, in the period between 13 November and 17 November 2017, a total of 707,353 ordinary shares, equal to approximately 0.04% of the total number of shares representing the share capital. Shares were purchased at an average price of Euro 1.1337 per share, for a total consideration of Euro 801,914.31.
The purchases were carried out as part of the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting resolution of 19 May 2017, whose launch was made public on 25 October 2017.
