Finders Resources : Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

Finders Resources Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in operation of an approximately 3,000 tons per annum solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) plant at the Wetar Copper Project; construction and development activities at the Wetar Copper Project to expand its copper production capacity from 3,000 tons per annum to 28,000 tons per annum, and exploration for copper and gold in Indonesia. The Company operates through copper mining segment. Its projects include the Wetar Copper Project and the Ojolali Gold-Silver Project. The Wetar Copper Project is located on the island of Wetar in eastern Indonesia and comprises the development, mining and processing of sulfide deposits (Kali Kuning and Lerokis) located at or near the northern coastline of the island. The Ojolali Gold-Silver Project is a gold'silver project in Lampung Province of southern Sumatra covering an approximately 10 square kilometers system. The project has a defined oxide gold resource at Jambi.
