Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy products , announcesthat the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 ("2013 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders today.
