FOURLIS HOLDINGS SA (the "Company") announces the sale of the 49.55% holding in the affiliate company SPEEDEX SA.
The sale will not have any effect on the company and consolidated financial statements.
This transaction is part of FOURLIS Group strategy to focus on the main activities of retail home furnishings (IKEA) and retail of sporting goods (INTERSPORT, THE ATHLETE'S FOOT).
