        -  Completion of Sales Contracts -- On July 7 2015, Frontier Communications
          (Frontier) announced that it has recently completed four separate sales for
          next-generation capable 9-1-1 communications systems, with six New York counties. The
          Company informed that these sales are in addition to Frontier's 9-1-1 state-of-the-art
          system sale to Monroe County and the City of Rochester, New York during H2 2014.
          Frontier Communications noted that the Airbus DS VESTA 4 system- the featured
          equipment in these sales, is a state-of-the-art IP-based integrated communications
          system that provides full redundancy and allows call takers to set up in a mobile
          environment in the event of evacuation.
        - Contract Details - Frontier Communications informed that in the recently held sales,
          Yates and Seneca counties, jointly purchased the Airbus Vesta platform which was
          deployed in a geo-diverse fashion, one-half of the system resides respectively in each
          county. Meanwhile, the County of Chemung and the City of Elmira contracted with
          Frontier for the standalone geo-diverse capable Airbus Vesta 4 system upgrade and
          equipment maintenance. On the other hand, counties in Upstate New York contracted with
          Frontier to share a geo-diverse Airbus Vesta 4 system to provide for full redundancy;
          and lastly the Rockland County's purchased six upgraded geo-diverse capable Airbus
          Vesta 9-1-1 systems which were deployed to the towns of Ramapo, Orangetown, Haverstraw,
          Spring Valley, Suffern and Stony Point.
        - Other Corporate Updates - In another release issued on July 7, 2015, Frontier
          announced the appointment of Kathleen Weslock as Executive Vice President and Chief
          People Officer, effective July 13, 2015. The Company noted that Ms. Weslock new role
          includes overseeing all aspects of human resources, including both strategic direction
          and daily operations. Frontier added that with responsibilities for labor relations,
          transformation and growth she will serve a major role in the integration of 11,000
          employees who will join Frontier following completion of the its pending transaction
          to acquire Verizon wireline assets in California, Florida and Texas.
