MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Russian government is ready to consider allowing Chinese investors to take more than 50 percent stakes in strategic oil and gas fields, TASS news agency quoted Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich as saying on Friday.
According to TASS, Dvorkovich said offshore fields would not be included.
