Annual report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The board of Gear4music (Holdings) plc ('the Company'), the largest UK based retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('the AGM') are now available to view on the Company's website www.gear4musicplc.com and will be posted to shareholders on 4 July 2017. A related form of proxy will be posted at the same time.

The AGM will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 28 July 2017 at the offices of Walker Morris LLP, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds LS1 2HL.

A trading update will be provided at the AGM on 28 July 2017.
