UNAUDITED SALES VOLUME IN JANUARY 2018

The board of directors of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that the total sales volume of the Group for the month of January 2018 reached another record high level of 155,089 units, an increase of approximately 51% over the same period last year, and achieving 10% of the Group's full year sales volume target of 1,580,000 units in 2018. The Group's exports volume was up around 6% year-on-year to 1,054 units in the month of January 2018. During the month of January 2018, the Group's total sales volume in the China market was 154,035 units (including the sales volume of LYNK & CO-branded vehicles sold by the Group's 50%-owned joint venture), an increase of around 52% from the same period last year.

During the month of January 2018, the sales volumes of "New Emgrand" and "Vision" sedan were 26,122 units and 20,055 units, respectively. The sales volume of "Geely Boyue" (吉利博越) was 30,381 units. The sales volume of "Emgrand GS" (帝豪GS), its crossover SUV model, was 20,087 units. The sales volume of "Emgrand GL" (帝豪GL), its A+ segment sedan model, was 15,163 units. The sales volume of "Vision SUV" (遠景SUV) was 10,004 units.

During the month of January 2018, the sales volumes of "LYNK & CO 01" was 6,173 units.

Please note that the sales volumes above are unaudited figures and have not been confirmed by the Company's auditors and may be subject to adjustment and final confirmation. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the financial results of the Group when it is published.
