Geely Automobile : Unaudited Sales Volume in September 2017

The board of directors of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that the total sales volume of the Group for the month of September 2017 reached a record high level of 108,872 units, an increase of approximately 42% over the same period last year and up around 13% from August 2017. The Group's exports volume was down around 1% year-on-year to 2,058 units in the month of September 2017. During the month of September 2017, the Group's total sales volume in the China market was 106,814 units, an increase of around 43% from the same period last year. The total sales volume in the first nine months of 2017 was 827,108 units, an increase of approximately 80% from the same period last year, and achieving around 75% of the Group's revised full year sales volume target of 1,100,000 units in 2017.

During the month of September 2017, the sales volume of "New Emgrand" was 23,770 units, an increase of about 13% from the same period last year. The sales volume of "Vision" sedan was 11,192 units in September 2017, an increase of about 1% from the same period last year. During the month of September 2017, all the Group's four new models launched in 2016 maintained high levels of sales volumes, three of which reached record high monthly sales volume during the month: The

"Geely Boyue" (吉利博越) recorded a sales volume of 26,317 units; the "Emgrand GS" (帝豪GS), its

first crossover SUV model, recorded a sales volume of 14,007 units; whereas the "Emgrand GL" (帝 豪GL), its new generation of A+ segment sedan model, recorded a sales volume of 12,091 units. The "Vision SUV" (遠景SUV), its new SUV model, recorded a sales volume of 10,101 units.

Please note that the sales volumes above are unaudited figures and have not been confirmed by the Company's auditors and may be subject to adjustment and final confirmation. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the financial results of the Group when it is published.
