GI Dynamics to Hold Briefing Call and Webcast on Financial Results for Second Quarter 2014 LEXINGTON, Massachusetts & SYDNEY, Australia - 21 July 2014 - GI Dynamics,

Inc.(ASX: GID) will hold a conference call to discuss the company's financial results for the second quarter and six months ended 30 June 2014, and its business outlook. Stuart Randle, president and chief executive officer, will host the call with Robert Crane, chief financial officer.

The company will file its Appendix 4C with the ASX on Thursday, 31 July 2014 (AEDT). The briefing call to discuss financial results and business updates will be held at 6 p.m. U.S. EDT on Monday, 4 August 2014 (8 a.m. AEST on Tuesday, 5 August 2014).
