Giken Kogyo CO., LTD, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is engaged in contracting works related to civil engineering and construction, rental of steel formworks for the production of foundation blocks, sales of construction equipment and materials. The Company operates in four businesses. The Civil Engineering Related segment is engaged in the design and construction of civil engineering works. The Construction Related segment is engaged in the total engineering, such as radiation, electromagnetic wave, magnetism and electric wave environment measures, as well as the distribution of related construction work materials. The Formwork Rental Related segment is engaged in the leasing of steel formwork, concrete secondary products and related construction. The Others segment consists of overseas business and sales of real estate.
