68,000 square meters ("sqm") (732,000 square feet ("sq ft")) with three industry-leading companies in Brazil. These are new customer relationships for GLP.

The following details the recently signed new lease agreements:

Magazine Luiza, one of the largest retail chains in Brazil, has pre-leased 41,000 sqm (441,000 sq ft) at GLP Park Guarulhos. The customer has a strong online presence and will be using the facility to support distribution for both its e-commerce and retail store operations.

Certa, one of the largest food producers in Brazil, has leased 15,000 sqm (161,000 sq

ft) at GLP Park Jundiaí II to enhance its domestic distribution capabilities.

Argos, a leading global third-party logistics provider, has pre-leased 12,000 sqm

(129,000 sq ft) at GLP Park Guarulhos.
