ASX Corporate Governance Statement

It has been brought to the attention of Global Petroleum Limited (AIM: GBP, ASX: GBP) that the Corporate Governance statement which would ordinarily accompany the ASX Appendix 4G released on 19 September 2017 was inadvertently omitted.

The Company wishes to rectify the matter and for completeness has re-released the Appendix 4G together with the appropriate Corporate Governance statement which includes the Company's summary of compliance with the ASX Corporate Governance Council Good Practice Recommendations.

The Company apologises for the omission.

The re-released Appendix 4G is available on the ASX web site and will shortly be available on the

Company's web site.
