SAN JOSE - July 29, 2014 - Globo Plc (LSE-AIM: GBO), the global provider of complete enterprise mobility solutions and Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS"), today announced that it has expanded its U.S. management team with the hiring of Gary Rogers as vice president of sales, Mittal Parekh as senior director of product marketing and strategy, and Naima Mian as senior director of marketing. The new team members strengthen the management experience that had been in place from the Notify acquisition, and bring additional expertise as Globo continues to grow its footprint in U.S. and Canada.

"Our acquisitions of Notify Technologies and Sourcebits Inc. have given us a solid start in the U.S. enterprise mobility market, allowing us to offer an unmatched combination of mobility management, app design and consulting services to customers," said Costis Papadimitrakopulos, CEO of Globo. "By bringing on a team of industry experts that have rich backgrounds in mobility, we can put an immediate focus on critical sales and marketing initiatives and establish a competitive position."

Gary brings more than 15 years of global sales experience to Globo and will focus on growing and managing the direct sales organization. He has led companies from startup phase to revenues of over $100 million, and has also led successful sales teams in enterprise software. Mittal, a 17-year veteran of global product marketing and management, will oversee Globo's product strategy and product marketing globally. His rich experience with small and large companies will help guide the strategic direction for Globo's international product portfolio. Naima has more than 15 years of marketing experience, and will focus on building marketing infrastructure for North America. Her team will drive high-impact marketing programs, and build awareness and thought leadership for Globo.
As part of its aggressive growth strategy, Globo will also be recruiting experienced developers across the U.S. These plans include expanding its team in Canfield, Ohio, where its primary development and technical support center is located, and also evaluating other locations for setting up new development hubs.
