GMK Noril'skiy nikel' PAO : Strengthening Norilsk Nickel Management Team

Norilsk Nickel announces changes in the Company's management structure, which are aimed at the improvement of Norilsk Nickel's performance.

A new position of Senior Vice President is introduced into the Company's organizational structure. Andrey Bougrov holds the position. Furthermore, the following persons are appointed to the positions of Senior Vice Presidents - Heads of Units:

O.E. Aznauryan - Senior Vice President - Head of the Non-Industrial Assets and Energy Unit;
S.L. Batekhin - Senior Vice President - Head of the Sales, Commerce and Logistics Unit.
L.G. Zelkova - Senior Vice President - Head of the Social Policy, HR and PR Unit;
S.G. Malyshev - Senior Vice President - Head of the Economy and Finance Unit.

The Company also introduces a position of Vice President for Strategic Planning. S.A. Dubovitsky is appointed to this position.

Another new position in the organizational chart of the Company is the position of Vice President for Investor Relations, which is held by V.S. Zhukov.
