Igor Rishkel has been appointed CEO of Kola MMC (subsidiary of MMC Norilsk Nickel).

Sergey Besedovsky is leaving the Company in pursuit of personal goals. "Company is grateful for his contribution and wishes him a success in new endeavors. Newly appointed CEO is tasked with successful implementation of the strategic projects, significant improvement in operational effectiveness as well as in health, safety and environmental activities of the Company. CURRICULUM VITAE

Igor Anatolyevich Rishkel was born on October 8, 1968. Graduated from O.A.Baikonurov Jeskazgan mining and technological Institute, majoring Underground exploration of mineral deposits, mining engineering.

After graduation, in 1993, started working in NPO Jeskazgantsvenmet Satpaev as an underground mining worker and went up to the position of acting chief engineer of Vostochno-Jeskazgansky mine. Since 2001 changed various positions in Kazakhmys corporation, including director of copper chemical combine, director and technical director of Jeskent concentrator and director of Nurkazgan concentrator.

In September 2013 was appointed chief engineer of OJSC Kola MMC and in October - chief engineer - technical director.
