Norilsk Nickel signed two five-year bilateral unsecured credit lines for the total amount of US$ 750 million

MMC Norilsk Nickel (further, Norilsk Nickel or the Company) announces the signing of two bilateral 5-year unsecured facility agreements with ZAO UniCredit Bank and ZAO "Raiffeisenbank" for the amount of US$ 400 million and US$ 350 million correspondingly.

The funds will be partially used to refinance short term indebtedness and will enhance the Company's medium term liquidity. Net Debt will remain unchanged.

These lines will extend the average debt maturity while the average cost of debt will decrease.
