In reference to Current Report no. 13/2017 of 29 March 2017, the Management Board of Gobarto S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) announces that under Resolution no. 5/29/03/2017 dated 29 March 2017, the Supervisory Board approved the request of the Management Board concerning the appropriation of the profit earned by the Company in accounting year 2016 in a part for the revenue reserve and in a part for covering the loss brought forward.
Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the final decision on the appropriation of the profit earned by the Company in accounting year 2016 is the competence of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Art. 395 § 2.2 of the Commercial Companies Code).
Legal basis: § 38 Sec. 1 and Point 1 and 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on Current and Periodic Information to Be Supplied by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions of Acknowledging Information Required by the Laws of a Non-Member Country as Equivalent (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, Item 133, as amended).
